Rupin Banker is an entrepreneur and investor with more than 30 years of experience in infrastructure finance, international trade, supply chain solutions and private investment. He is the founder of The Banker Group and Royal Fort Infracom General Trading LLC, and co-founder of Strategic Global Alliance.
Over the course of his career, Rupin has built and led businesses operating across Asia, the Middle East and other emerging markets. His work spans large-scale infrastructure transactions, commercial supply chains, real estate, pharmaceuticals and venture capital, with a focus on long-term value creation and cross-border business growth.
As co-founder of Strategic Global Alliance, Rupin Banker advises governments, developers and institutional investors on complex infrastructure and project finance transactions. The firm operates internationally, with a focus on emerging markets in South and Southeast Asia.
Through this work, Rupin supports public sector institutions in accessing private capital for infrastructure projects designed to deliver long-term economic and social value. Working alongside Mr. Ishtiaq Khan, he has advised on some of the largest public-private investment transactions across India, Thailand, Indonesia and other international markets.
In 2012, Rupin founded Royal Fort Infracom General Trading LLC, a UAE-based business that provides infrastructure-related supply chain and trade solutions to support large-scale industrial and development projects. Royal Fort maintains ongoing commercial relationships with multinational corporations and delivers materials, procurement support and trade services across fast-growing regional markets. Its role in complex infrastructure supply environments reflects Rupin long-standing experience in international trade and operational execution.
In addition to his advisory and trading businesses, Rupin founded The Banker Group, his family holding company, in 2003.
